Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — Frequently disconnection of electricity

I have not received my refund of Rs 118 which I paid in 5 Jan 2021 for new connection and it's rejected saying that I have incorrectly filled application where I wrote wife name instead of father's name but now on mvvnl bill they are themselves writing wife's name in place of father name and it's a big evidence that madhyanchal vidyut vitran Nigam limited under uppcl is doing fraud and stealing customer money
