Dear eb team
I have first written complained for meter reading not ok but reading sowing on display dated 24.04.2017 and then second complained after reading display faulty but meter light ok dated 20.07.2017 then eb team visit and write display faulty but display light is ok and then next came meter team and new meter installed, he will needs rs 200 for meter installation charge, we are paid then team is inform your old meter sent to postmortem team and given date 31082017 our representative mr ajay has reached at eb meter postmortem lab at bahukhandi in front of our representative old meter is open and photography with our representative, he will wait whole of the day but no any result given and said you go, i have sent your meter report in your eb office
Kindly
1. How can paid our monthly bill??
2. Are times required for next bill generation..???
3. Where is our fault..??
4. Why he is ignoring our matter..??? I will personally visit 4 times of eb office, if i have every requirements fulfills as your requirements,
5. Eb bills day by day exceeding due to months and surcharges..
If needs copy of applications and meters photos i have provide all photos but please closed our problem shortly we wait last 5 months to till date
Close problems so that we paid eb bills regularly
