Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — Misleading with the Meter change and Collected the Money Unnecessary

Hi team,

My Self Rajat Kumar, I am writing here to let you know all we are paying all the bill on time without any delayed, However someone from the UPPCL team came to our home and told that we are not paying the bill which is really a wrong statement used by the officer, That time my grand father was at home and he is 84 years old and he was really don't know what they are saying, he mentioned that we have paid all the bills and receiving too but the officer denied and requested to pay all the money in cash 70000 RS and they also torcher my grand father that if we did not pay that money then police will came and arrest you, My grand father was too innocent and he really don't want to go in such mashup specially with govt protocol, and asked for sometime to arrange the money, he visited near by the UPPCL office but there was no support from them even though they all were involved in such activity and send my grand father at home.

From the day we are receiving so many calls from that person and asking for the money, we told him that we will pay the money in the office, but he told us no need to come to office and everything will be done at your place only as we don't want to trouble you, As you are very old so coming to office is not feasible for you, they came and taken the money and changes the meter, however from last could of months we are not receiving the bill and again we have complaint to the near by the office but they were really not interested and routed here and there only, Now again my father visted to the office and someone from the department told him that 80000 rs you have to pay and this is your bill, We are very shocked as we have already paid such bills still they are asking for money, i request everyone but no help from any one, everyone is asking for money to look into my issue, Please help.
