Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — PDC final bill and NO dues Certificate

Sir, I have received my final bill after PDC request for Meter no .[protected] which contains the meter reading which I have already paid (17737 to 17937) on 20/04/2022 my final reading as per your record is 17987 so the unpaid reding is just 34 ( their memorandum is attached) they still made the bill from 17737 to 17987

When I enquire them, I was told that they are charging for 34 unit only but the remaining amount is for meter work/ detachment ( meter utarwane ke liye) I was surprised to listened their clarification.

Second issue when I asked for issuing NOC after final payment they (Mr. Manoj Kumar) told me that there is no practice, my last bill is my NO DUES.

Whenever I try to contact SDO Mr Raghav, he often picked up the phone.

This is case of Baraut (Bagpat) UP

Kindly arrange to take appropriate action against these fellows to save the Image of your Department and resolve my issue.
