Online Genus prepaid meter recharge issue. Money is deducted from account but recharge code not generated. As there is no customer care support for prepaid customers, already contacted local electrical departments and they have no clue. They are just asking me to hop around their various centers & passing the issue. There are lot many people in my society facing the same issue. We are stuck and not sure if the money gets reimbursed, at the same time not able to recharge the meter.
Please advise at the earliest.
