Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — account bal deducted but booking not confirmed

I beg to say that i tried to book a ticket on upsrtc website with registered user name - akashakki123 but the ticket was not generated due to discrepancy in the upsrtc system and transaction got failed but the amount rs. 1403.00 was deducted from my account as per mentioned below details and credit into upsrtc account.

Merchant name - upsrtc

Atom txn id[protected]

Amount-rs.1403.00

Bank name - hdfc upi

Bank ref no[protected]

Txn date/ time[protected] / 15:15:55

Please resolve the issue with my previous transaction of rs.1403.00 on 21st march 2020 and refund my money and revert to my account.
