Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Amount deducted ticket not book

I was travelling from haridwar to delhi through a UPSRTC bus. Ticket conductor asked to me pay online, he showed me scanner and my amount got deducted but the scanning machine did not threw out the ticket. He told me to pay again and he stated this amount will be refunded from UPSRTC within 3 hours or max 24 hours. It's been more than 2 days i haven't got any refund till yet.
I have all the details of payment.
