Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Online ticket not booked but amount deducted Refund has not been done

Dear Concerns,

I was trying to book online ticket for a bus service from Dehradun to Lucknow and Lucknow to Dehradun, after amount deduction booking was failed.
As per customer care the deducted amount supposed to refund within 7 days but it's not happened yet.
Below are the details and PFA the supporting documents for your reference.
