Respected sir/madam
Today I had taken a bus from Raj Nagar to muradnagar. When I reached to my destination I asked to stop the bus but they refused and start abusing and after 2 km of my destination they stop the bus and told me to leave. Then I take another vehicle to return to my place.
The language they use is very bad which upsetting me very hard.
If possible I am requesting you to please take corrective action against these peoples.

UPSRTC — Cancel ticket

Dear sir I am amit rai . I booking a ac bus ticket . my ticket no is 4423189. And pnr no. Is ANVT[protected]. I want cancel my ticket because I had left my bus so please cancel my ticket and refund my amount. Thanking you.
