Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Regarding Refund of my two tickets

I booked two tickets, one from Lucknow to Varanasi and the other from Lucknow to Raebareli on 26th June 2022, but the bus got Cancelled and I made calls on toll free number they asked me to mail on online.[protected]@upsrtc.com, I had send many mails regarding the refund but they never replied. I need my refund.
