Sir, I am trying to book two tickets in UPSRTC Bus through online booking portal for Lucknow to New Delhi with Name 1- Mithlesh Kumar, 2- Yogendra Singh, but in payment gateway, I paid Rs. 2048 to UPSRTC through QR Code, but ticket was not booked and amount deducted already. I am annexing screenshot of payment made by me.
Please refund my amount
