Respected sir/ma'am,
I booked two tickets from Dwarahat to Dehradun via the online UTC site on 16th November PNR NO. 67I[protected] . My journey date is 18th November.
Sir, I called the bus conductor a day before the journey to ask for information about the bus, and he informed me that the bus was not under working conditions and was not able to reach the boarding station i.e. Dwarahat on the following day. And no alternative bus was not provided for the journey. As a result, the bus was canceled for 18th November. On the same day, I mailed a refund return request. It has been 4 days and no response was made by UTC online, even the calling number i.e.[protected] shows at their site is not working (they are not picking up calls).
Please provide me the solution for the same. Thanking you.
