Uttarakhand Transport Corporation — Very few buses rishikesh to dehradun and dehradun to rishikesh route

I have to wait 2hrs for buses to rishikesh from harrawala and many times the bus didn't stop due to overcrowd of passanger in bus. There is extreme shortage of buses in dehradun to rishikesh route and vice versa . Although haridwar buses came after 5 min frequently with almost fully vacant seats . Arrangement of dehradun to rishikesh and vice versa route is very poor
