This is very unfortunate where i have to run behind for after sales service of v guard mixer purchased few months back.
Complaint no.[protected] registered with customer care. It is not acceptable that company representatives who visit the site suggest not to buy products online, when the country is moving towards digital economy. The company representatives mentioned of visiting again with the part in a couple of days and were informed of providing the invoice on their next visit.
After many days i receive a message saying that we are not able to provide any invoice copy or willing to opt for paid service the complaint is closed. When the product is under warranty why should i opt for paid service, it's not even six months, secondly there was no conversation regarding paid service. If the company cannot identify the fault rectify it and provide service it can be clearly stated rather than playing the blame game. Was this information helpful? |
