I purchased an inverter from kurumpelil electronics, pulamon p o, kottarakara, kollam dist., kerala st. On 08/02/2018. I had power supply problems frequently. The invertor was not working since the last 1 year. Hence i complained several times. I registered complaint through online v-guard complaint registration. Several times contacted the service technician over phone. Once one technician came and checked the system and said he will switch off the inverter and check after two days the complaint is rectified. After two days when checked there was no result. The invertor was not working. Again i complained and another technician contacted over phone and asked about the complaint and he promised he will come and rectify the complaint with in two days. But, nothing happened. Again i got the message to lodge another complaint. Last on 04/09/2020 i got sms message from v-guard that my service request number 1-[protected] has been cancelled. I required, please register a new request. Hence i request that my complaint may be registered and appropriate action may be taken against the company, the dealer and the service centre. During the last winter season i has power supply problems. But since the invertor was not working i had a lot of difficulties. I have two daughters studying. Due to covid-19 pandamic they are getting online classes. During power failure they could not get the classes on computer.
Also, i have complaint about the product since my electricity charges have hiked 3 to 4 times than the normal rates. The electricity board authorities are cursing the invertor for such hike. But i have no option to check the same. Hence i humbly request that the same problem also may be checked and rectified.
The sms messages always curse the covid-19 pandemic for not giving service properly. But they are selling the company products all over the world during this period. Was this information helpful? |
