V-mart Retail — fraud and cheater v-mart retail . selling damaged clothes

Hi,
This complaint and advise to fellow customers is about V-Mart Retail from which I recently purchased few clothes for my kid under order id:[protected]
on 26th feb 2020 but the cloth reached me on 02 feb 2020 and was torn and damaged.
I raised a request for return and refund on the same day: 02 feb 2020, return id: 7055888 and the website asked me to complete the process by visiting the V-Mart, Agra store at:

When I visited the store and asked the managers to complete the return process for refund the duo crooks kept me waiting for 30 or 40 minutes before telling me that their store is not responsible for the return and they will not give receipt for the same.
The V-Mart central website is promising of 15 days return guarantee, without any question asked and yet the V-Mart store is denying of any such rule and not ready to accept the return or provide receipt or justification for the same.
So some body needs to tell me what to do with such crooks and cheat online retail stores as V-Mart and how to educate other innocent buyers to keep away from such cheaters.
