I got call from them and i gave my aadhar card info to them and i register for that. But after i read all articles i called them and ask to cancel the process they told me before that "if you stop work in between then you have to pay 4700 as utility charges" but i hadn't started work but also they are asking to pay 5000. I am agree to pay 300 as paper fees. Plz suggests me what to do now??
