Vacations Gateway — Laptop

I am receiving gift voucher of laptop. Actually when I am purchasing this we sawp our credit card 2 times. Then I am cancel the order & request vacations gateway to reverse my credit card payment. But only one time payment reversed in my account. I am taking continuous follow up for 2nd time transaction. But no one can reply from ur side. They send me mails that I Wii call tomarrow or I will check this. That I am very confuse about your services. My transaction date is 17.8.2015. Plz check from ur side & reply us immediately.
