[Resolved] Vacations Gateway — Request for refund of both holiday package amount Rs 170098/-

Dear Sir, I was receiving continuously calls from 91-[protected] on 6/6/2015 from Vacations Gateway till make payment, They are very politely request me to pay the holiday package amount Rs 8549/- as you have selected for blackberry Z-30 mobile absolutely free with holiday package. Finally I made payment from my debit card, But Rs 8549/-is deducted two times i.e. Rs.17098/- from my account. Transactions message were forwarded to support team (lady), she confirmed that 2 transactions happened. Neither I have received blackberry Z30 mobile nor any welcome kit within 4 to 5 days as committed by sales executive during booking. Meanwhile I have sent several mail & done telephonically conversation but no proper response has received from them on issue & sent a mail to Vacationsgateway on 12/6/2015 that both package may be treated as cancel. Thereafter many requests were sent for refund Rs 170098/- and also booked a online complaint against company. They have refunded one package amount Rs 8549/- only on dated 28/10/2015 and refused to refund another package amount Rs. 8549/- Kindly help me and arrange to refund another package amount Rs 8549/- please.

Reminder Dear Sir, I was receiving continuously calls from 91-1204305700 on 6/6/2015 from Vacations Gateway till make payment, They were very politely request me to pay the holiday package amount Rs 8549/- as you have selected winner for blackberry Z-30 mobile absolutely free with holiday package. Finally I made payment from my wife's debit card ( Bank of India), But Rs 8549/-is deducted two times i.e. Rs.17098/- from my account. Transactions message were forwarded to on line support team (lady), she confirmed that 2 transactions were happened from your debit card and also told me that Rs 8549/- will be refunded automatically to account within 72 Hrs as the transaction happened wrongly. but second package amount Rs 8549/- have not been refunded till date. Neither I have received blackberry Z30 mobile nor any welcome kit within 4 to 5 days as committed by sales executive during booking. Meanwhile I have sent several mail & done telephonically conversation with call centre team but no proper response has received from them on this issue & sent a mail to Vacationsgateway on 12/6/2015 that both package may be treated as cancelled. Thereafter many requests were sent the company for refund Rs 17098/- and also booked a online complaint against company. They have refunded only one package amount Rs 8549/- on dated 28/10/2015 and refused to refund another package amount Rs. 8549/- . Now I will not avail that holiday package so Kindly help me to arrange to refund another package amount Rs 8549/- please.

Vacations Gateway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Kindly see my earlier all mail, it was already communicated that cancellation request for both package was mailed on 12/6/2015 and i will not avail 2nd package in any condition so Kindly arrange to refund my 2nd. package amount Rs.8549/- for which several communications with Vacations Gateway has been done.

They have refunded one package amount Rs 8549/- only on dated 28/10/2015 and refused to refund another package amount Rs. 8549/-. I have made several communication with Vacation Gateway for refunding my 2nd package amount but they refusing to refund 2nd package amount. However the said package will not avail in any condition due my family environment. Kindly help me and arrange to refund another package amount Rs 8549/- please.

I am also fooled by WAY2GATEWAY.COM, Paid 19998 for package they told me that they gave me laptop, after I heard and read many complaint that this site is fraud and fake, decided to refund my money but they never gave package or refund and shoutly speaking with me that do what do you want they are not afraid from any one and never gave refund.
their ADDRESS is also fake, posted Regd.ad to them and returned. This type of sites are big scam and we must do something to prevent this type of scam
