There are numerous complaints against this so-called company Vacations Gateway. Recently I have also become a victim of this fraudster. Can all o[censored]s who have become victims of this scam jointly make lodge formal complaint with a competent authority like the CBI or Income Tax? I am sure, such a company which have defrauded so many people must have cheated the IT Department also. Shall await your comments. Utpal Sharma
I am also de-frauded by M/s. Vacations Gateway. Anyway, I thought of redeeming the voucher they have sent me to avail the benefits of purchase.
In the booking request form there are only two destinations and two different travel dates are sought.
Though it is off season, I can't understand why they are seeking 3rd destination and 3 travel dates than what is available in the booking form.
Holidays/Vacations are must be of our own choice and not to be planned to their whims and fancies.
If they are not going to arrange my holidays request as per my choice then I'll be filing a legal complaint in the judicial court.
And one more thing, though they provide you the list of several hotels and boast them to be 3 or more star hotels, in fact on a verification with online websites, they aren't so.
The best thing is not to fall a prey for the greed of getting some huge discounts or costly prizes which couldn't be delivered by any reasonable company for such a small price we pay them. For example, Rs.7799/- in the case of Vacations Gateway fraud.
Though there are several complaints in the internet against Vacations Gateway, it is unfortunate that the company owners are still encouraging such unethical practices of marketing, bringing disrepute to the entire internet transactions.

Well. I am glad that Vacations Gateway had finally responded.
I have already sent the Voucher Code request form well ahead of my holiday plan
in order not to get into any trouble in the accommodation arrangements.
I already spoke to the customer care representatives twice after
sending both the hard copy and soft copy of the voucher code request form.
Fortunately, they confirmed that there is no any discrepancy in the request form
and advised me to contact them over phone between 15thand 18th August, 2014
for confirmation of booking of accommodation in the destinations I requested.
Since, this is the first positive response from M/s. Vacations Gateway,
I hope they prove their genuineness and pose confidence on the existing
and new customers.I'll post my positive reviews, if they are upto the mark of
expectation from a client going for holidays.
And in fact, I'd refer people to go in for their package if it is really worth.
But my negative saying on the unethical practices adopted by their
marketing staff stating giveaways prizes like laptop and blackberry are
cheap tactics for booking the vacations holiday package and should be
totally discouraged by the owners of M/s. Vacations Gateway.
If they are not able to convince a potential customer without such cheap
tactics then they are unfit to be in the marketing team of M/s.Vacations Gateway.
I wish and hope that you would raise up to the
levels of expectations of me by confirming accommodation bookings as
requested by me in the two destination I am about to travel on holiday.
