My name is Pranav Purani. My Consumer number is 2934701.My Complaint number is D09020082. I am registered my Complaint for low pressure on 9th February, 2021 . What a shameless people, I am call them for fixing low pressure problem because of that I am not hot water from gas gyser. My Gas gyser is for PNG and new and install on 9th February, 2021. But they are blaming me that you are again pay Rs. 300 for pressure problem . They are not solve my low pressure problem. Please do something for that. Please early resolve my Complaint

Dear Concern.
As part of process, New connection charges had been paid already in the month of 31/10/2019 vide receipt no 054749. But till date 02/12/2020 and its 13 months over. Still connection is pending.
From My Building/Apartment- Most of the people had submitted forms together so that work can be started at the earliest and it can be completed at the earliest but it is not done.
Also on VGL Website there is No Option or Link or Complaint section where Customer or any one can post complaint. I was raised complain vide no "D31010030" but no response.
No body from VGL or concerned has informed about that delay in work.
