Vahathi Driving School — Refund request for the driving classes

Hi,

I had paid 7000/- for a 10 day driving classes with Vahathi,
They took the entire money upfront however has been making excuses to not conduct the traning.
On requesting for the refund, they have been evading my calls and giving me excuses of the boss not avilable, heavy rains and other senseless excuses for not initiating the refund.

I would like to get my money back
