Today, 2nd oct 2020, I moved from padalsinghi toll plaza, from my car alto mh12 cy 1063.
Rs 90 was debited from my fast tag account instead of rs 65 which is the rate at toll plaza for car n jeep, single trip.
I recd message after few kilometers journey, it wasnt fair for me to return n enquire as i was too far from the plaza.
Its disgusting that the NHAI deducted unfairly excess amount, it's as like fraudulent cheating because they know that the passengers have moved far away NHAI won't come back to enquire or ask.
It's totally unethical, unfair, fraudulent act on NHAI part, losing faith n trust in fast NHAI n NHAI authorities..
Hence immediately refund the excess amount n take due care not to committ such crime against the passengers who are ur bread n butter..
