Vakilsearch Legal Solutions — Didn't get my gst no. On time as promised

On there website it is written that I'll get my gst no. Within 7 days after submitting documents and I've submitted my documents on 21 of july 2023 and today is 2nd August 2023 and i didn't get my gst no. They wasted my time and money
