[Resolved] Vakilsearch Legal Solutions — no response in tax return service post payment and agreement

My service number from vakilsearch is 685079. It is still not taken up post payment to vakilsearch. I have already made the payment. I have been following ms. Nupur for the same frim past 3 weeks.
After agreeing tax returns for 3 years, person nominated from vakilsearch is not picking call nor responding to my clarifications.
I have mailed several times and followed up too to [protected]@vakilsearch.com hoping to get the service done or the refund. Awaiting a response either by their service or if not, want the refund back.

Their team is not able to generate IEC code and says an error on the government website... so we will have to go personally to resolve it... then why do they charge? with a personal visit i would have created code myself... what are they required for?
