I had applied for a trademark registration, with them in 2014, after which i called them a month later, they said all the formalities were completed and i could start using the TM symbol.
After that i have not received a single correspondence from them, about anything. I now called them up in 2016, they reply by saying the government has raised an objection in oct, 2015... which i was not informed at all, and then tell me to cough up another 5k + service tax to represent the case... These all are a bunch of cheaters.. It would be better if you pay 1-2k more to your local lawyer near you and get it done, than trusting them as these guys are non reliable and never stick to their commitments. The worst thing here is when i contacted them again, they were like sorry sir we cannot do anything as we don't know what the previous colleague has spoken to you... SERIOUS ADVICE NEVER GIVE THEM ANY WORK, THEY WOULD TEMPT YOU BY OFFERS, BUT THESE OFFERS HAVE HIDDEN LOOT BEHIND THEM Was this information helpful? |
