Validate legal (http://validatelegal.com/) is to be considered as a fraud immigration centre like legaltru. First, they will call from the fake company, i. E., pbc payroll (https://pbcpayroll.com/) and the contact no is +[protected]. Once the interview is finished, they use to send an offer letter through this mail ids i. E. [protected]@pbcpayroll.com, [protected]@pbcpayroll.com, by keeping cc with [protected]@validatelegal.com. This procedure of calling and sending from the official contact no and mail ids through by using some artificial intelligence tools and techniques.
Once you have received the offer letter & then they will forward this to immigration centre and this centre asks you to pay inr 9, 900/- for medical fee for uk and uae visa which they will state the amount would be reimbursed upon your joining and then again they will ask you to pay inr 16, 800 for the other type of certificates which are education and identity screening report (Ministry of education, delhi) and criminal and civil screening report (Supreme court of india, delhi).
First of all, no other immigration centre will ask you to submit this kind of reports, if you want to apply for visa, then you have to get the police clearance certificate at the nearby police station.
Be careful, you will be cheated of your money as the phone numbers listed in the official website of the payroll company will be not reachable or switched off.

No companies will ask you money for a security deposit, medical & visa process or for background verification.

The same thing happened to me. I have paid Rs. 9900/- and after they asked me to pay Rs. 16800/- for education and identity screening report (Ministry of education, Delhi) and criminal and civil screening report (Supreme court of India, Delhi). After asking the amount I called them and said I will arrange those on my own, but they tried to convince me to get it done from there side. They tried to manipulate me. In that call, I realized something is wrong and asked to give the contact numbers who are traveling from my state for GAMCA and VISA Documents submission to Chennai, (earlier they said some others from my state are also traveling to Chennai for GAMCA and VISA), they said they cannot provide the contact numbers as per their company policy, then I realized that it is fraud.

I asked over the phone and sent an email with my bank details to refund my paid amount of Rs. 9900/- as I am not interested to go ahead. they have given a reply that the amount will be credited within 5 to 7 working days. After 4 days I called them to know the status. They said the amount will be credited on 31 Nov 2019. since that day the mobiles are switched off.

Please take the action against these fraudsters.
