I had order a coleman dual fuel sportser stove through Valuekart.in website on 27 october 2022. order number KWHGZWQTP, Amount - Rs.7553. They promised delivery on 4th november 2022 when i placed the order. When i kept checking the order status in my account in valuekart.in, the delivery date kept shifting. First to 15 november, then to 26 november. They actively responded to my queries before i placed the order. But when i sent multiple queries regarding the status of my order, they willfully neglected all of it. Both via chat and email. Then they shockingly deleted my account itself, which has all my order details.
They have provided no contact number for their Indian addresses. Their website lists a warehouse in Nellore and a head office in Bangalore. But no phone numbers. There is only one phone number for their main office in Newyork.
This company is clearly an elaborate e-commerce fraud perpetrated on a massive scale. People who are similarly affected by this bogus website should initiate legal charges against Valuekart.in and prevent them from defrauding people's hard earned money. Unbelievable criminals. Whats shocking is, i filed a complaint online with E-Daakhil with all the evidences and they give strange reasons to cancel the complaint and not have even a little responsibility to bring these scammers to justice and preventing such a fraud being perpetrated on Indians in broad daylight. The whole is thing is so frustrating.
