Van Technologies — duplicate pan card

I have applied for name change in my pan card on oct 3. Made payment through online and i received sms saying they received my courier on oct 9. Later they asked for few supporting documents which i sent them through email. From time to time i left emails regarding the status of my card for which there is no reply from them. I only receive automated emails from them. There is no contact number to contact.
