Van Technologies — PAN Card not received

. We had applied for a Duplicate Card for PAN No: AAMPA9128K on 27/02/2017 through website onlinepancard.in. We have also made the payment online.
• We received a mail on 27/02/2017 asking to download application and send to below address.
Van Technologies
No 31 Reddy Street
Villivakkam
Chennai-600049.
BSNL Office Opposite
• As per the above instructions, we have sent all the required documents to the said address on 28/02/2017 BY COURIER.
• We received three mails on 01/03/2017 as below:
MAIL 01:
"This is with reference to your application for Applying New PAN Card, Reference Code:OPC59109. We have received your documents as on 01 Mar 2017 . Thanks for Sending the Documents."
MAIL 02:
This is with reference to your application for Applying New PAN Card, Reference Code:OPC59109. Please note that your application has been successfully filled with the pan facilitation centre on 01 Mar 2017 You will receive the acknowledge number shortly through which you can track your application status.
MAIL 03:
This is with reference to your application for Applying New PAN Card, Reference Code: OPC59109. Your application acknowledgement number is[protected] . You can track the status of your application after ten days, by clicking the link below using the acknowledgement no:[protected]
Track my Pancard

• When we click on Track my Pancard, it redirects to UTI Website. Once we fill the details, it says Record not found
• I have posted queries in their website on 11/03, 13/03 and 22/03/2017 and got the reply as :
"This is with reference to your application for Applying New PAN Card, Reference Code:OPC59109. We have received your Query, Our customer support team will reply as soon as possible."

On 23/03/2017, we received a mail from them as below:
Please note that we have submitted your pan application to the pan authorities and it is pan authorities who have to process your application and we do not have any influence on the same.
Also note that the duration o[censored]pdating the records in online takes little longer time than the normal course of time, hence kindly check the status after few more days.

Till today not received the Pan Card and no reply also from them.
Kindly help me in this regard.

As per the new process, all duplicate pan card will go for second round verification with ITD.

Your application successfly send via courier on 13th April and you have received the same.

We had applied for a Duplicate Card for PAN No: A Q S P P 6 9 5 9 P on 09/06/2017 through website onlinepancard.in. We have also made the payment online.

But Till today not received the Pan Card

And transation has been done.But this van techologies has no Customer car phone number to get more information.How can iwill get. Online pan Card. Kindly justify the above company and take action. Am also applied for duplicate PAN card may be in the month of Mar'17. Not yet received the card.
Today i got call from one of guys like me who is from Coimbatore, he also applied for duplicate card.
he told me that my contact number updated as Van Technologies contact number.

This is the fraud company, please no one apply.

I applied for PAN, filled in online application and paid the fees Rs 399.
But I am not able to download the form for printing.
There is no customer code provided to me. My phone no. provided is also not recognised by you although you are sending messages in the same no.

I applied forduplicate PAN to https://www.thepancard.com/member-services.php
I was asked to send download filled in form and send by post after signature along with photo and other documents to :

But I am not provided with any customer code. No scope to login. My payment details are as below:

I am Vinothkumar, have applied for duplicate pan card through van technology. And I have paid a online payment of 430 Rs still now I haven't received any confirmation email or message from them.

My thoughts now is they have cheated me.

You have to given invalid email id while posting the application. Here all communication email bounce backed. Kindly share your valid email to [email protected].

I applied a new pan card for my son on dated 16/04/2018 on named shreyas singh and i paid amt Rs 449/- also. After this i send all the documents on his address on 17/04/2018

I received a mail on dated 23/04/2018 that my documents received by him And they applied for new pan card through.Reference code OPC261439. And i received a msg also but when i checked it on uti website then it shows that they not received said documents. So pls checked it and do needfull action as soon as possible

Dear Sir, I have applied for correction of my address and forwarded my application form with documents through courier on 6th August, 2018. My PANCARD No.is AYQPJ1286K, Name: Jayakumar Vasudevan. After speaking with me over phone processing of my application was stopped. As such, I requested to cancel my application and they told the amount will be debited into my bank a/c. So far I have not received refund from them. I hereby request the Van Technologies to refund the amount to me earliest.

But Till today not received the Pan Card
