I have received wrong physical pan card

Fyi[protected] opc432990 done payment rs 449 online

[protected] application submitted coupon no. G[protected]

[protected] received the message from utiitsl pan card aiupt4551d
Dispatched on[protected] by speed post no. Ea[protected]in

Latter received the allotment letter but the pan card was of some other person

[protected] i sent the allotment letter and physical original pan card back to belapur address utiitsl, plot 3 sectors 11, cbd belapur navi mumbai - 400614

As mentioned in the allotment letter

And on email id epan. [protected]@utiitsl.com

Received epan copy by email which is alright
But the physical card sent to me is of some other person

Kindly contact them and resolve the issue immediately / asap
