Van Technology — new pan card not received

I had applied for a new pan card on 06/07/2017 through website onlinepancard.in. I have also made the payment online.
• i received a mail on 06/07/2017 asking to download application and send to below address.

• as per the above instructions, we have sent all the required documents to the said address by courier.
• i received three mails on 10/07/2017 as below:

1) original physical application duly signed
2) self-attested photocopy of proof of identity
3) self-attested photocopy of proof of date of birth
4) self-attested photocopy of proof of address
