I think this offer is completely fake. There are many elementary spelling mistakes. If you want, you should apply for visa directly to the Canadian consulate. Do not give any money to anyone. Another reason, I think it is fake is because they are giving you a very high salary.

Another reason is that the phone number of the main contact is in Toronto, whereas it should be in Vancouver. They are more than 2000 km away from each other. Do not pay any money to anyone.
