Vani Vilas, Mysore — Excess Bill amount From March 2022 Till Date - 40K

I would like to bring to your notice that all of sudden we have been issued with huge bill amount of 40K for which we raised complaint, However this is not been addressed with multiple follow up.

Now with no other option, I am raising this concern here hoping to get some immediate help from concerned members.

Based on our usage our bill comes around Rs 300 to Rs 400, considering only 4 members stay, But from March onwards they did not issue any bill and given status as unbilled and suddenly issued us bill of 40K in January 2023.
We raised our complaint on 3rd Feb 2023 and have been doing multiple rounds to Vani Vilas office but still this has not been sorted out.

Authorities agreed that this must be by mistake however nobody is taking any action on this to reduce the amount and take actual amount into consideration.
