[Resolved]  Vanished Pest Control — no service provided since past two years and not picking the call also

We had taken services from vanished pest control on 24 dec 2016 for a period of 2 years till 24 dec 2018 for termites control (Invoice attached for reference). But the vendor vanished after first service and took the entire money in advance. When we contacted again on 11 apr 2018 he abused me and clearly said do where ever you want to complain we will not give any service.. And after that has been disconnecting our calls. Only one no is working i. E [protected].. Rest all the no given on the invoice are either engage or switched off. We would request you to please take necessary action against this vendor and cancel their licence and get us our refund

The company called me and provided the service for the 2nd year and asked me to remove my complaint. Although I must mention that this was done only after I had put the complaint on https://www.consumercomplaints.in and other customers also have posted similar issues. My issue is resolved so closing my complaint.

Same situation is happening with me .I have taken their service last year, with their first service they took the money in advance for the whole year .Now, when I'm trying to contact them(VANISHED Pest Control) neither their cell phone number is valid and no one is picking up their landline number.

Worst company ever!!!

I request the concerned authority to please take an action against them before they make more people fools under their spanzy schemes.

They don't deserve a single star even.
Simialr happened with us.
They gave us first service on 4th March 2018 and after that no service has been provided.whenever we call they say it will be done in next 2-3 days.
Months have passed but no one appeared fir the service.
To the extent their first service was also useless and didn't control any pest at my home.
Some strict action must be taken against such fraud companies.

Vanished pest control is a fraud company taken full money and not giving any services in the warranty period .

FRAUD COMPANY... PEST CONTROL IS USELESS. GUARANTEE IS MEANINGLESS. They don't answer your calls.. the technician calls back and books an appointment for Sunday, never bothers to show up.
All pest and termites are back

One of the most useless pest control services in Delhi NCR... The pathetic workers they have and quality of their work is the worst ...

Don't waste your hard earned money here at all.
