In 2016, I have booked on 100 Sq. Yrds Plot in Ghaziabad which is opp Jindal Factory on NH-24 through Vardah Builders Pvt. Ltd., D-84, Noida whose owner-cum-director is Mr. Bilal Ali. I have paid Rs.75, 000/- to them towards 10% of the booking amount. Till date neither I got the plot nor I received my money from this builder. Mr. Bilal Ali is a deadly lier person and not working honestly. He never tried to understand the problem of their customers. Whenever I call him, he always told me that he will pay my money this month or that month, after holi, after Eid & Diwali. For last four years he is giving false assurances. Sir, I am facing lot of problems as the builder is not responding to my calls and not refunding my money. Sir, let me know what I do now. He is still giving false assurances for making the payment.
