Vardhman Sng Plaza Greater Noida — I booked an open space in 2014 and paid 50 % in 2014 ...want the unit booked or refunds

Dear sir/madam
I booked open kiosk k2 on second floor in sng plaza and paid 50% amount by cheques and have all receipts. However till date i have not been given bba.
Now that space k2 has been sold by them to other party. This is unfair.
Please refund my money with interest. I am a retired person and cannot afford this loss of my hard earned money.
In case of jp infra ceo noida has already stated
