I alka singh and sarveshwar nath singh have invested in commercial shop no.87 on 2rd floor, vardhman sng plaza, pari chowk, greater noida launched by sng vardhman techno build pvt ltd. Company having regd. Office at-
112, indraprakash building,
21, barakhamba road,
New delhi-110001.
Under ‘assured return’ scheme @ 12%. As per clause no. 1.9 of the builder buyer agreement.
Apart from this, they had stopped paying the assured return cheque for approximately 3 years. Several meetings has been done with the director of the company mr. Harinder bashista at their office in janakpuri 4th floor, c-58, dda local complex, shahpuri tirath singh tower, janakpuri, delhi 110058 regarding assured return.
Moreover i am in contact with mr. Harinder bashista but from last 3 years he is delaying my assured return.
I am a retired citizen and invested my hard earned money in this project. So i request you to kindly take action against this company to get back my money with the current market price of commercial shops in that area.

I am facing a similar issue. Lets form a forum and then approach the builder/court. They cannot get away with our hard earned money like this.
