I am Allwyn Cerejo from Vasai, Mumbai.
I had bought Varmora tiles from Sree Sai Ceramic in Vasai. I have ordered for 15 Boxes of Omani Pearl. The tiles were delivered but our of the 30 tiles 14 tiles were defective.
The edged of the tiles were broken. We informed the same to the dealer, who called up the company. Mr Pradeep from your company did come to see the tiles. He acknowledged
the matter of fact that the tiles were defective. After four days the tiles were replaced but replacement was done for on 8 tiles. The explanation given was the reset tile should be adjusted in side cutting.
I still have two such defective tiles, I would request you to please replace the same or refund me for this tiles. Also you need to refund me for 4 defective which I had to use in side cutting as I had no other option.
