Varna Air Coller — Misleading by varna cooler & motor did not change from 22.04.2022 to till now(19.05.2022)

I have raised the complaint for change the motor of cooler on 22.04.2022 but motor did not change by varna cooler company from 22.04.2022 to till now(19.05.2022) Complaint number giving by varna cooler company is UP[protected]. Staff of varna cooler misleading me continue from 22.04.2022 to till now. Staff of Varna Cooler company do not response any time on toll-free number & other number & do not reply on WhatsApp number. Due to misleading & misbehave with me by varna cooler company, I am very disturb because my small children are facing this problem at 46 degree Celsius temperature. You are requested to Please take necessary action for solved the problem.
