This is Dr Satya Kiran, husband of Dr Swetha Nasani - owner of Alto K10 bearing the registration number TS07 FY 2307; purchased & being under regular services at Varun Motors, Malakpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
The car bearing above registration number, was given for service at Varun Motors, Malakpet, Hyderabad on 18th of October, 2019. The job card was raised on the number JC19006725 on 18/10/2019 at 16:49:16.
At the time for service, the problems were clearly stated to the service team & later noted it. Mr. Shiva Reddy was supposed to be assigned for the job. The car was returned with few hours on the same day stating that the service had been done.
To my surprise, the car was not even washed properly and the problems with fixation of the roof light & central locking system were not addressed. Then the varun motors service team took the car for a wash once again & they failed to do so in the very next attempt. Again its as reported to which they cleaned it after 2 days. The rating was asked to be given better, but I rated as 1 out of 10 as the service had been really bad & disgusting.
The fixation of roof light & central locking was not done even after few days & was promised to be done at the earliest within a period of 7-10 days.
The customer care team member by name Rajitha ([protected]) was informed about the improper service provided & it was said that the Mr Shiva Reddy was on leave without handing over the incomplete job to other team member. Ms Rajitha promised to look into the issue & resolve it, but failed to do so.
Later on 14/11/2019, a service team member by name Bhadri fixed the roof light, but got a wrong central locking system which doesn’t fit into the car. It seems that the order or supply of spare part was wrongly indented or bought. Its a shame that, the Maruthi service team doesn’t know which part fits into which car.
Till date the central locking system is not fixed, and the entire service team & customer care team seems to forget about the job assigned. When I made a call as am facing problem in unlocking the car, the service team makes lame excuses and says that they will be reporting me when they can get it done right. Ms Shymala & service manager advise me to use a manual system. If I have to use a manual system, why would I opt for a central locking system???
Its a big shame that India’s biggest market share holder, Maruthi services really have no aim to provide better service to its customers. Such irresponsible and worthless service team stands no where. It is better advised to shut the sales & services, i[censored] cannot provide service support to the customers.
Mr Shiva Reddy doesn’t no how to talk to customer; Ms Rajitha doesn’t know to count the number of days (since service date till date); the service manager himself says that the female staff (Ms Rajitha & Ms Shymala) is/are incapable of handing things & hangs up the phone unable to answer what’s being done from 18/10/2019 to 05/12/2019.
Incapable & inefficient mechanics, Irresponsible & pathetic service team & Lazy customer care - SHAME ON VARUN MOTORS MARUTHI SERVICES. U may await till I drag this too long towards press & consumer service courts.
