His is regarding service failure for the vehicle: light blue colour maruti ertiga with registration no. Ts13ee3917 and was first given for servicing on[protected], and was picked up on[protected] as we were out of station. Something happened with the parts of my vehicle during the time it was with the varun motors service center, tolichowki. On the next day[protected] we travelled for about 350 km and vehicle started getting electrical problems which we never encountered previously and it got completely dead leaving us completely stranded in bibinagar and had to suffer the whole night as the servicing centre was not responding at all. once a servicing is completed it is guaranteed that the vehicle should perform efficiently without fail. But varun motors service centre, tolichowki failed in its servicing very badly.
Now again the vehicle is given for servicing on[protected] we are being told that some part is responsible for the issue and that will take about 1 week to 10 days for the part to arrive from delhi on road. That means a maruti vehicle will be technically there for nearly a month for the servicing to get completed. This is a highly irresponsible handling of their duty on varun motors, tolichowki part.
We requested to investigate the cause of the vehicle malfunction and do the repairs immediately without fail. Find the attached job card from varun motors.
