I Would like to draw your kind attention towards very serious problems of annoying dogs in our area . we lives in ketan co op hsg viva jangid complex virar east.We are highly troubled due to maddening dogs barking opposite our building who bark continually from ground floor flat. This flat has more than 5 dogs and due to the dogs barking we cannot sleep at night.. I request the concerned VVMC officials to kindly take the required action and save us from this situation... The Owner of the flat will not listen nor will take corrective measure. It has been causing a lot of inconvenience to the people of our area.
