Vashi Toll Naka — Vashi toll naka employee misbehavior and illegal toll charge

I just want to know at toll naka yellow line rule still exist or not. They said there are no such rule pls help. Second thing we are burning 100 rs fuel for that # 35 rs toll what make sense behind that one more thing is that toll line traffic goes up to vashi creek bridge which leads to major accident by collapsing that bridge. I personally experience when i was in toll traffic in that bridge if any vehicle pass from opposite lane the n that bridge literally shaking... So horrible plz have some solution for that
