That I had ordered a photo to be edited and enlarged from an original photo on 27th March'2017. Ordered Size was 6X8 inches 2 copies. Rs. 500.00 was paid as an advance against the job. Several time I visited and enquired the progress but every time they forwarded some excuse. Coming several time wadding a distance of 2 KM was a panic for me. Lastly on 24th Jun'17 they surrendered that the job cannot be done as per customer satisfaction and they offered to return the payment only Rs. 300 out of Rs. 500. They explained that Rs. 200 is charged for handling the order.
If I didn't receive any return of of order, why they charge Rs. 200 for handling order? As the matter was unjustified I din't take back Rs. 300. I demanded to return full amount of advance, ie. Rs. 500, which they refused to pay.Kindly Tell me what to do now. Was this information helpful? |
