Vastara — Inconvenience caused to me & my family.

I travelled by Vistara on 7-Jul-22 from Chennai to Jammu by UK 832 at 7:05 am along with my family, my experience was horrible. First They inform me that single luggage weight should not be more than 32 Kg whereas I have not seen any such instruction in your communication. Then i have to do the realigning of items in the luggages at airport .Also, I was carrying 1 Ltr bottle of honey with me & kept in one luggage & ready for deposit that in Check In counter but I was stopped by one of your employee whereas other employee was willing to accept that honey bottle luggage through Check in but finally they have not allowed me to carry that honey bottle and this is nowhere mentioned that we cannot carry honey with us.Liquor bottles are allowed whereas honey bottles are not allowed which is very strange. This adds one more problem for us at that time & created a complete chaos for my family. Who will repay for my honey bottle cost. Need response from your side. I am looking for other options also to get refund for that honey bottle & inconvenience caused to me.
