I had bought a dress from https://www.vastraqueen.com/. I didn't like the product so I planned to returned it. The customer care informed me to send it to the an address. I initiated the return via DTDC courier. The return was delivered successfully but, the customer care is denying it. The dress costs around INR 2000/-. After multiple calls, the customer care is now not answering my calls.
