Vch Corporation Pvt. Ltd — Fraud company

Vch corporation or northguru.com or hotvel.com is unprofessional company. Recently i bought holiday package with b2b rates for my client of 4 members. Due to some reason one member could not go and had to cancel the trip. I have been asking for refund for my client and the so called account manager Pratab Rana is just not replying my email or WhatsApp messages. Also the sales person Lalit with whom i have been dealing since beginning is very unprofessional. They offend the customers by not replying the emails, messages, not picking up the calls. Also i got a call from the driver in early morning of 4 Feb 2020 from holiday destination saying that payment is pending. And when i said payment is already done..he said that northguru has not done any payment to the vehicle vendor. For payment to be received they will chase you like anything and when refund time comes they will not follow their own policies. Initially WhatsApp is fine for them till they receive the payment then they will ask to send emails for refund. Especially when the person or company is from Delhi... don't deal with them and never trust them in any business
