Vdesk Solution — Fraud not giving refund

This consultant is fake and cheating with innocent jobseeker, i have paid 4000 as they commit for refund, even i didn't gave any interview or anything. Same day i asked for refund they said me to come tomorrow. A day later they also said the same come tomorrow, they keep saying the same.. After a week i requested my brother to help. When we went to the consultant they hit my brother and said will not refund the money, we called cops but nothing happend, they give us a date again to collect the check. The day www collcted the check they mentioned the date for after a month. I have submitted the check on back on the same date but that check was blank. After it i couldnt do anything because it was all trap where i was stuck. No refund given by this fake consultant. Why it's open still.
