When asked on phone if the product is genuine Apple products, they claim that they are genuine and They claim it as a company’s promotion for limited time offer for only a small quantity when asked upon why the prices are at such high discounts.
When asked to refund, they are not replying the emails. The website shows no hotline or customer care telephone number to contact.
